SUMMARY

There are many free programs, applications and software available for download across the Internet. I am a big fan of free software – FREEWARE – (if it works, is bug free, and does not contain spam). Often, free programs work better than their paid counterparts. I am not a fan of shareware or trial software unless you really think that you are likely to want to purchase it at the end of the free period – typically thirty days. Two prime reasons are that the software may not have its full functions available as trial, it takes time to uninstall it once the trial has finished and it may cause conflicts with other of your working programs.
